Staff Development Coordinator
Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center has an immediate opening for a Staff Development Coordinator.
The primary responsibility of the Staff Development Coordinator is to develop and coordinate on-the-job training and continuing education for LTC staff. The employee in this position coordinates the orientation process for new hires and for ensuring that education including Education Olympics, regulatory and competency requirements are met. This role will report directly to the Director of Nursing. This position will work days and holidays as necessary.
Eligible candidates must hold a BSN
Must possess at least five years of nursing experience.
Must hold a current State of Colorado Nursing license.
Previous experience with EMR systems preferred.
Must be customer service oriented.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefit eligible position.
Rate of pay contingent upon experience and geographic location.
